**Fran’s Recipe A Christmas Eve Standard**
ingredients
- 3 c. pecan pieces
- 2 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 c. chopped sweet red pepper
- 2 T. Chopped Green onion
- 1 t. seasoned salt
directions

Spread nuts in baking pan. Bake 350 degrees 7 - 10 min. Cool.

Coarsely chop 1 c. of nuts.

Chop remaining nuts til ground and combine with rest of ingredients.

Cover & chill at least 3 hours.

Shape in large ball or 2 small.

Roll in coarse nutes. Chill.
