Nannie's Carrot Cake
A yummy recipe that we all love from our sweet Nannie!
ingredients
- 2 Cups flour plus 2 TB.
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 tsp soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon---mix this and set aside
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups shredded carrots
- 1 1/4 cups wesson oil--pour oil over the carrots to keep from turning dark

Mix flour,sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon together and set aside.

Make sure to pour oil over the carrots to keep from turning dark

Mix dry ingredients and add to the eggs, carrots and oil. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes
