Marshmallow Sandwich Cookies

- 1 pkg. (16.5 oz.) * NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- 8 large marshmallows

PREPARE refrigerated cookie dough according to package directions. (If using dough from one batch Original cookie dough, make 16 cookies, baked 9 to 11 minutes.) Cool on baking sheets on wire racks for 1 minute; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

PLACE marshmallow on bottom side of one cookie. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) power for 10 to 20 seconds or until marshmallow expands. Top with second cookie. Cool for 1 to 2 minutes. Repeat with remaining cookies and marshmallows.

(side Note: I find that putting the bottom cookies back on the cookie sheet, topping with a marshmallow, and putting back in oven for 2-3 minutes, gets the marshmallow brown & toasted then putting in microwave.) Still top with cookie when you take them back out of oven.
