MEXICAN CORN BREAD
ingredients
- 1 Lb. Ground Beef
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 3-5 Chopped Jalapeno Peppers
- 2 Eggs
- 1 C yellow corn meal
- 1/2 C Flour
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/2 C Oil
- 1 C Milk
- 1 Can of Cream Corn
- 2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2
Brown and drain ground beef, onion, and jalapeno peppers.

Mix together the remainder of the ingredients except cheese.

Layer 1/2 of corn mixture in glass baking dish that has has been greased. Top with meat mixture, then shredded cheddar cheese. Cover with remaining corn mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
