Pecan Crusted Salmon just for Taylor
Taylor loves pecan crusted salmon and halibut, you can use either with this recipe
ingredients
- little bit of olive oil
- 6 8oz salmon fillets or salmon slab
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 6 t stone ground mustard, grainy kind
- pepper
- parmesan
directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix together mustard, oil, nuts, parmesan, garlic to form a paste. Spread thickly on the salmon or halibut. Bake 10-15 minutes till fish flakes and topping is slightly browned
