Appetizer - Sue's Baked Clams
Everyone loves Sue’s stuffed clams.
ingredients
- 4 lbs Fresh Chopped Clams
- 3/4 qt Clam juice
- Chopped garlic
- Chopped parsley
- Olive oil
- 5 lbs Bread Crumbs
- Salt & Pepper
- Grated Cheese
- 1 can Progresso White Clam Sauce
directions
Put chopped clams with juice and clam sauce in mixing bowl, add oil, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and grated cheese to taste - mix well, slowly add breadcrumbs to your taste add olive oil.
