Carrot cake
ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. wheat flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 20 oz. can of drained crushed
- pineapple
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 2 c. grated carrots
- Raisins
- Icing:
- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 stick of butter or margerine, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 box powdered sugar
- optional:top with walnuts

Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Combine wet ingredients and then combine with dry. Bake at 350°. For a 9*13 pan, 35 minutes, for a 10*14 pan, 25 minutes.

Let cool and top with icing mixture.
