ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. wheat flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 20 oz. can of drained crushed
  • pineapple
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • Raisins
  • Icing:
  • 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 stick of butter or margerine, softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 box powdered sugar
  • optional:top with walnuts

    Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Combine wet ingredients and then combine with dry. Bake at 350°. For a 9*13 pan, 35 minutes, for a 10*14 pan, 25 minutes.

    Let cool and top with icing mixture.
