Zucchini Walnut Bread
ingredients
- 350° for 50 minutes
- 4 Eggs
- 1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar Packed
- 3/4 Cups Vegetable oil
- 3 Cups Unsifted Unbleached Flour
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 3/4 Teaspoon Each Baking Powder and Salt.
- 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
- 2 Cups Grated Zucchini Unpeeled
- 1 Cup Coarsly Chopped Walnuts
- 1 Teaspoons Vanilla Ex.
directions
Beat eggs gradually beat in sugar then oil combine dry ingredients add to egg mixture alternately with zucchini. Stir in walnuts vanilla turn into greased and floured 9- inc tube pan bake at 350° for 50 minutes let stand 10 minutes, turn out, cool.
