Mom's Salmon Patties
ingredients
- 1 can Pink Salmon
- 1 cup Soft Bread Crumbs
- 1/3 cup chopped Onion
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tbl Minced Parsley
- 1 Tbl Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Dash of Pepper
- Dill Weed - Optional

Drain Salmon (reserve 2 Tbl of Liquid)

Flake Salmon and add ingredients.

Shape into 8 1" thick patties.

Pan fry on both sides in 2 Tbl Oil or Butter or both until golden brown.
