4 Bean Chili

ingredients

  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 lg onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow pepper, diced
  • 2 lg cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can small white beans
  • 7-8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • chili powder
  • seasoning salt
  • cumin

directions

Brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain fat from beef. Add garlic, onions and peppers and saute until soft. Drain beans and add to pot. Add tomatoes. Season with plenty of cumin, chili powder and seasoning salt. Top with cilantro, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
