Hot Artichoke Dip
ingredients
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or fontina cheese
- 2-3 cloves garlic minced
- Fresh ground pepper
- 1 can of artichokes in water chopped.
directions
Combine all together and place in an oven proof dish. Heat in a 375° oven for approx 20 minutes or until it is bubbling.
