Rainbow Gelatin Cubes
These gelatin cubes may be a long process to make, but the are sure fun to serve and to eat! You can personalize these to match the colors of any event you’re celebrating.

- 4 pkg (3 oz each) flavored gelatins
- 6 envelopes unflavored gelatin, divided
- 5 3/4 c boiling water, divided
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 c cold water

In a bowl, combine one pkg flavored gelatin and one envelope unflavored gelatin. Stir in 1 c boiling water until dissolved. Pour into a sprayed 9X13 pan. Refrigerate until set but not firm, about 20 min.

In a bowl, combine the condensed milk and 1 c boiling water. In another bowl sprinkle two envelopes unflavored gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 min. Stir in 3/4 c boiling water. Add to the milk mixture. Spoon 1 c of the creamy gelatin mixture over the first gelatin layer. Refrigerate until set but not firm, about 25 more min.

Repeat from the beginning of the recipe twice, alternating flavored gelatin with creamy gelatin layers. Chill each layer until set but not firm before spooning next layer on top. Make final layer a flavored gelatin layer. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour after completeing the layering process. Cut into 1 inch squares and serve up the smiles!
