Spicy Bean Salsa
ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can black-eyed peas (drain, rinse and let dry)
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans (drain, rinse and let dry) drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced jalapeno peppers
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3 limes juiced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
directions
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover, and refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.
