7-Layer Greek Dip
This layered dip highlighted with hummus, black olives and feta cheese takes on a distinctly Greek flavor that is easy and quick to prepare.
ingredients
- 1 8-oz. pkg. light cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 Tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 Tsp. pepper
- 1 8-oz. container hummus
- 3/4 Cup chopped cucumber
- 1 Plum tomato, chopped
- 1/2 Cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 Cup sliced black olives
- 2 Tbsp. sliced green onion

In a small bowl stir together cream cheese, milk, oregano and pepper.

Spread cream cheese mixture on 10-inch serving platter. Gently spread hummus on top. Sprinkle with cucumber, tomato, feta cheese, olives and green onions.

Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with pita crisps or crackers.
