Frikadeller
ingredients
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 50 ml flour
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion
- 100 ml milk
directions

Add all ingredients to a food processor. Mix on high for approx 3-5 minutes, scraping sides of mixing bowl a few times.

Refrigerate for 1 hour before frying

Fry the meatballs in a fry pan with butter and oil,
