Salmon Cakes
ingredients
- 2 cans salmon
- 3/4 cup cracker crumbs, save 1/2 to roll cakes in.
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- cilantro
- 1/2 cup milk
- lemon juice
- Tartar Sauce (mayo, lemon juice & dill)

Mix all ingredients.

Roll cakes in bread crumbs.

Fry until crispy on outside.
