Potato and Cheese Casserole (Lauderbaugh Potatoes)
A quick and easy delicious potato casserole
ingredients
- 1 2 lb. package frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (or mushroom soup)
- 1 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 16 oz. package sharp cheddar cheese, grated
directions
Mix all ingredients together, reserve 1/2 of grated cheddar cheese. Place in 9 by 13" casserole dish. Place remaining cheddar cheese on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, until browned and bubbly.
