Grilled Margarita Shrimp
ingredients
- 2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeno, minced
- 2 Tbsp triple Sec
- 2 Tbsp lime juice

Combine all ingredients, except shrimp, in a medium mixing bowl. Add shrimp, cover and let marinate in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Remove shrimp and discard marinade. Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill for 5-6 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
