For 10 inch tray

ingredients

  • 8 oz. cooked chicken, diced
  • 3 oz. terryaki sauce
  • 1 bunch green onions, diced
  • 3 oz. shredded carrots
  • 2 oz. slivered almonds
  • Sweet and sour sauce
  • 8 oz. cream cheese

directions

Day Before:

Mix chicken and terriyaki sauce and refrigerate.

Mix cream cheese and 1/2 the onions. Spread mixture on plate. Sprinkle with rest of onions and shredded carrots. Drain chicken and put over top of carrots. Sprinkle with almonds. Just before serving, drizzle with sweet sour sauce.
