Mini Pecan Pie Tarts
ingredients
- Dough:
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 cups flour
- Filling:
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
- 3 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla

To make dough, cream butter and cream cheese, adding flour gradually. Line midget muffin pan tings with a ball the size of a walnut and make a form like a tart.

In large bowl, stir in all filling ingredients, adding nuts last. Fill tins 3/4 full (about 1 tsp.).

Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
