Baked Pork Chops and Cheese
More comfort food! Cheese, hashbrowns, french fried onions... what more do you need?!
ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 1 TBLS vegetable oil
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 pkg frozen, shredded hashbrowns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 2.8oz can french fried onions

Preheat oven to 350°.

Brown pork chops in vegetable oil in skillet lightly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Combine soup, milk, sour cream and 1/4 tsp black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup of cheese and 1/2 can of onions. Spoon mixture into greased 9inx13inx2in baking dish. Arrange pork chops over hashbrown mixture.

Bake covered for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes more.
