Grits Casserole
ingredients
- 1 Cup grits cooked in 3 1/2 cups of water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup of sharp cheese, grated
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
directions
Cook grits for 5 min. in boiling slated water. Add butter and cheeses. Stir until well mixed. Add milk and eggs. Pour mixture into a buttered casserole. bake at 350 until light brown
