Grits Casserole

Makes 8 to 10 servings

ingredients

  • 1 Cup grits cooked in 3 1/2 cups of water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 cup of sharp cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk

directions

Cook grits for 5 min. in boiling slated water. Add butter and cheeses. Stir until well mixed. Add milk and eggs. Pour mixture into a buttered casserole. bake at 350 until light brown
