ingredients

Casserole:

• 3 cups cooked sweet potatoes; mashed (perhaps more than 3 cups...I
• usually cook 4 -5 potatoes)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1 stick of butter
• 1 small can of coconut

Topping:

• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 cup pecans chopped (I have used walnuts and I have also omitted the nuts
• altogether)
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 stick butter
