ingredients

  • 1 Teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 2 1/2 Cups roma or cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Mozzarella
  • 1 Loaf French baguette

directions

Heat oven to 375°. Spray large cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Slice baguette and place slices on sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the slices, and sprinkle with mozzarella. sprinkle parsley and garlic powder sparingly over slices. Next place tomato slices on top. Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
