ingredients

  • 1 lb fryer chicken or 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cup water
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 10-15 peppercorns

directions

Cut up fryer chicken or boneless chicken breasts and boil with all ingredients until chicken is cooked. Serve with rice.
