Mom's Chicken Adobo
ingredients
- 1 lb fryer chicken or 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 3 cup water
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 10-15 peppercorns
directions
Cut up fryer chicken or boneless chicken breasts and boil with all ingredients until chicken is cooked. Serve with rice.
