Crunch Tilapia Fillet, great with rice and vegetables

  • 4 – 5 oz Tilapia Fillets
  • 1 cups Ranch Dressing
  • 2 cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 cups Corn Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

    1. Preheat oven to 350°

    2. Grind up Cornflakes into crumbs.

    3. Mix Parmesan, Salt, Pepper, and Cornflakes.

    4. Baste the Tilapia fillet with Ranch.

    5. Coat fish with the crumb mix evenly.

  • 6

    6. Bake for 17 minutes
