Hamburger Casserole

ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, sliced
  • 2 or 3 medium carrots, sliced
  • 1 package frozen peas
  • 3 medium onions, sliced
  • 1 1/2 pound lean ground beef, browned
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 10 ounce can water

directions

Place layers of the vegetables in the order given in crockpot. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Put the lightly browned ground beef on top of the celery. Mix the tomato soup and water and pour into crock pot. Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours, or High 2 to 4 hours.
