ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 9 oz pkg four-cheese ravioli
  • 4 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 green onions, chopped into 1/4" pcs.
  • 10 oz cooked chicken strips
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 tbsp basil pesto
  • 2 tbsp parmesan

  • 1

    Combine water, ravioli, mushrooms and butter in saucepan. Bring to boil.

  • 2

    Uncover, reduce heat to medium and cook for 8-10 mins, stirring.

  • 3

    Stir in onion, chicken, spinach and pesto and cook for 2-3 mins.

  • 4

    Top with parmesan.
