LINDA'S PECAN COOKIES
ingredients
- 1/2 lb unsalted butter (2 cubes)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups pecans, finely chopped (pref. by hand)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 325°. Thoroughly grease baking sheet. Cream butter. Add sugar, pecans, salt, flour and vanilla and mix well.

Form into small balls and then roll into 2” logs. Space apart on baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes until lightly golden. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
