Chicken Cheese Soup
ingredients
- 2-3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 (14 1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 c. frozen corn
- 2 c. cooked chicken
- 12 oz. evaporated milk
- 8 oz. velveeta

Saute garlic, oil and butter

Stir in flour, add broth, bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes

Stir in tomatoes and corn, bring to a boil.

Simmer for 15 minutes, uncovered

Add milk and cheese, stir until cheese is melted
