Eight Dish Brunch

- 16 slices uncrusted bread
- 1 lb boiled ham, shredded
- 8 slices American cheese
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp onion
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- salt and pepper

Layer in 9x13 baking dish:

American cheese
- 5
1/2 bread
- 6
1/2 ham

Swiss cheese

Combine eggs, milk and spices.

Pour over the bread layers.

Cover and refrigerate overnight before cooking.

Bake for 35-45 mins at 375°.

Best to make ahead and refrigerate overnight.
