Soft Gingersnap Cookies
ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 2 eggs
directions
Blend sugar, eggs, oil and molasses. In separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients. Add dry to wet in small amounts until well mixed. Roll dough into walnut-sized balls, the roll them into granulated sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350, 8-10 minutes
