THE BEST Cheesecake recipe - from Nita’s Children’s Hospital Recipe Book from the 60’s. Very Creamy!

ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 18-25 graham cracker squares
  • 1 cute melted butter
  • 2 T. sugar
  • Filling:
  • 2 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 drops lemon juice
  • Topping:
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 1 t. vanilla

directions

  • 1

    Crust: Mix ingredients and press into pie plate.

  • 2

    Filling: Mix ingredients until smooth and pour into crust.

  • 3

    Topping: Mix ingredients and pour on top of filling, spread to edges.

  • 4

    Bake 350 degrees 25 minutes.

  • 5

    Cool, then refrigerate
