Spaghetti Carbonara
Carbonara, an authentic Italian cuisine recipe, is a very popular, tasty and easy to prepare Roman dish.
ingredients
- 16 oz Thin Spaghetti
- 1/2 lb Bacon
- 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
- 3/4 cup Whipping Cream
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

1. Prepare the Pasta.

2. Cook the Bacon, with Garlic as seasoning. Drain

3. In a separate bowl, beat the Eggs.

4. Add Cream and Cheese to Eggs, mix.

5. After draining the Spaghetti, add egg mixture, and Bacon to the pot.

6. Simmer on low heat, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes, or until eggs solidify
