Poppyseed chicken
Best if served on a bed of rice
2 Chicken Breasts
4 Tbsp Butter
1/2 sleeve Ritz Crackers
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 Tbsp Poppyseed
1. Preheat over to 350°
2. Cook the Chicken in a frying pan.
3. Add Chicken soup, Sour Cream, and Poppyseed.
4. Spread mixture in 9X13 pan
5. Melt the Butter
6. Crush the Crackers into crumbs
7. Mix the Butter and Crackers, and use as topping on Chicken mixture.
8. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes
