Poppyseed chicken

Best if served on a bed of rice

  • 2 Chicken Breasts

  • 4 Tbsp Butter

  • 1/2 sleeve Ritz Crackers

  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

  • 1 cup Sour Cream

  • 1/2 Tbsp Poppyseed

  • 1. Preheat over to 350°

  • 2. Cook the Chicken in a frying pan.

  • 3. Add Chicken soup, Sour Cream, and Poppyseed.

  • 4. Spread mixture in 9X13 pan

  • 5. Melt the Butter

  • 6. Crush the Crackers into crumbs

  • 7. Mix the Butter and Crackers, and use as topping on Chicken mixture.

  • 8. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes
