Oriental Soup
ingredients
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 package frozen oriental vegetables
- 2 cups ham (diced)
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
directions
Combine first 3 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in vegetable mix, onions, and vinegar. Cook 3 more minutes.
