Quantity Fruit Punch

Makes 90 (4-ounce) servings.

This is a wonderful fruit punch for celebrations of all types. It looks beautiful in a silver punch bowl with frozen berries and orange slices floating on top.

ingredients

  • 8 cups water
  • 16oz can frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 12oz can frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 92 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 112 oz ginger ale, chilled
  • 56 oz carbonated water, chilled
  • Fresh strawberries, halves lengthwise
  • Oranges, thinly sliced

directions

Combine

Combine water and the frozen concentrates; stir to dissolve. Stir in pineapple juice, sugar, and lime juice; stir to dissolve sugar. Chill.

To serve

To serve, pour half of the mixture of juices over ice or an ice ring with fruit frozen in it, in a large punch bowl. Slowly pour in half of the ginger ale and half of the carbonated water; stir gently to mix.

Garnish

Garnish with strawberries and orange slices.

Repeat

Repeat with remaining ingredients when needed.
