ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground beef (we like buffalo)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1/2 green pepper chopped
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 can tomatoes (28 oz. chopped)
  • 2 can tomato sauce (6 oz each)
  • 2 beef bullion cubes in 1 cup water
  • 1 can of beer
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 TBSP chili powder
  • 1 TBSP oregano
  • 1 TBSP basil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 TBSP brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

    Saute ground beef, onion and garlic in large skillet. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1-2 hours.

Add pepper and tabasco to liking. Can also add spaghetti noodles and beans (I like it better without beans)!
