Vandenbark Chiili
ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef (we like buffalo)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1/2 green pepper chopped
- 1 cup celery
- 1 can tomatoes (28 oz. chopped)
- 2 can tomato sauce (6 oz each)
- 2 beef bullion cubes in 1 cup water
- 1 can of beer
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 TBSP chili powder
- 1 TBSP oregano
- 1 TBSP basil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 TBSP brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup

Saute ground beef, onion and garlic in large skillet. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1-2 hours.

Add pepper and tabasco to liking. Can also add spaghetti noodles and beans (I like it better without beans)!
