Chicken Kelaguen (Guam)
Serve with chips or red rice, barbecue ribs/chicken.
ingredients
- 4 or more chicken breast (boneless)
- 6-8 red peppers
- 2-3 T. lemon powder
- 2-3 spring onions
- salt
- 1/2 c. fresh grated coconut
- use the chicken’s broth to moisten

Bake chicken for 45 minutes. (Season with salt ).Do not overcook. Must be slightly undercooked by 10 minutes.

Dice meat into tiny cubes. Add other ingredients to chicken. Mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
