Luncheon Salad
ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 1/2 c celery chopped
- 20 oz frozen peas - DO NOT cook
- 1 pt. Hellman’s Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c scallions chopped
- 1 c water chestnuts
- 1/2 lb bacon cooked and crumbled
- 6 hard boiled eggs - sliced
- 3 tomatoes cut into wedges or cherry tomatoes
directions
Layer the first 8 ingredients starting with the lettuce. Cover and chill Add remaining ingredients just before serving.
