ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1/2 c celery chopped
  • 20 oz frozen peas - DO NOT cook
  • 1 pt. Hellman’s Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c scallions chopped
  • 1 c water chestnuts
  • 1/2 lb bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 6 hard boiled eggs - sliced
  • 3 tomatoes cut into wedges or cherry tomatoes

directions

Layer the first 8 ingredients starting with the lettuce. Cover and chill Add remaining ingredients just before serving.
