Chicken Salad
ingredients
- 2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup small green grapes or purple grapes
- 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 1 to 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- freshly ground black pepper
directions
Toss chicken with celery, grapes, and slivered almonds. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Fold into chicken mixture. Refrigerate, covered.
