Mich's Bok Choy Salad
ingredients
- 2-3 bunches bok choy
- 1 bunch scallions
- 3/4 cup slivered almonds
- 3/4 cup sunflower seeds (shelled and unsalted)
- 1 pkg top ramen oriental noodles w/o spice
- 3 TBL soy sauce
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
directions

Mix into a bowl in this order:

bok choy
- 3
scallions
- 4
slivered almonds
- 5
sunflower seeds
- 6
ramen noodles w/o spice
- 7
DRESSING:
- 8
Mix soy sauce, white vinager, oil,

and sugar together. Add a little bit of the ramen seasoning to taste.
