Pork Chop 'n Potato Bake
ingredients
- 6 Pork Chops
- 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 Tsp Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Durkees Season Salt
- 1-24oz Pkg shredded hash browns, thawed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can French Fried Onion rings

Season and brown the pork chops.

Combine Cream of Celery soup, sour cream, pepper and season salt.

Stir in potatoes and 1/2 can Onion Rings.

Spoon mixture into a 9x13 inch baking pan.

Arrange pork chops over the potatoes.

Bake uncovered at 350° for 90 minutes.

Top with remaining cheese and onion rings and bake for another 5 minutes.
