Cream Cheese Cookies

Knead butter, cream cheese and flour into soft dough. Chill in a refrigerator for 2 hours or more. Roll out small amount at a time to 1/8“ thickness and cut into 2” squares.

Place 1/2 tsp apricot filling in the center of each square. Bring the top left corner to the center with the bottom right corner. Bake at 400° on a greased cookie sheet for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove immediately. Cool on rack.
