Honey Mustard= honey mustard salad dressing BBQ= BBQ sauce Cajun= 6 parts salt, 1 part cayenne pepper, 1 part pepper, 2 parts paprika, 1 part garlic powder, 1 part onion powder Buffalo= 3 ounces unsalted butter, 1 small garlic clove (minced), 1/4 cup hot sauce,1/2 tsp salt Butter & Garlic= unsalted butter, garlic salt, garlic powder

ingredients

  • Vegetable oil
  • 12 dozens wings
  • Egg (beaten)
  • 1/2 tsp of soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp of chicken bouillon powder
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 cup of flour
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp of onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp of paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of pepper
  • 2 tsp of salt
  • sauce or seasoning

    Beat together the milk, egg, soy sauce, and chicken bouillon. In a separate bowl combine seasoning and flour.

    Dip wings one at a time into the seasoned flour, then into the liquid mixture, then into the flour again.

    Let them sit for a day.

    Preheat the vegetable oil to 380 F. Fry the wings in the hot oil till they float.

    Place on cooling rack for five minutes. Dip into sauce or seasoning then serve
