Berry-mango Smoothie
ingredients
- 1 C vanilla-flavored soy milk
- 1/4 C orange juice
- 1/4 C refrigerated or frozen egg product -- thawed
- 2 tbsp honey or to taste
- 1/2 C chopped mango
- 1/2 C frozen strawberries -- raspberries, blueberries, or boysenberries
directions
1. In a blender container combine soy milk, orange juice, egg product, and honey. Cover and blend for 10 seconds.
2. Add mango and frozen berries. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
notes
You can use almond milk or regular milk too. Add ice fo a frostier smoothie.
