1.Crack back of lobster tail shell.
2. Sprinkle lobster flesh with rock salt.
3. Dot with butter and sprinkle with lemon juice and broil under broil for 10 minutes checking often.
4. Remove from broiler and serve with garlic melted butter.
Serve with fillet Mignon for a festive dinner.
