MARMALADE ROAST OF PORK
Marmalade coated roast of pork.
ingredients
- 1 loin of pork roast
- 1 jar of marmalade
- Salt & pepper
- Flour
- Garlic

1. Heat oven to 350°

2. Cover pork roast with a dusting of flour and sprinkle salt & pepper on top.

3. Insert cloves of sliced garlic under fat on roast.

4. Cook for 1 1/2 hours if 2 1/2 lb. roast.

5. Last hour cover pork roast with orange marmalade and let roast and brown.

6. Remover from oven and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
notes
Great sliced cold for sandwiches. Serve with applesauce or cranberry sauce.
