ingredients
- 1/4 Stick of Butter
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 Bell Pepper
- Garlic
- Celery
- Salt
- Pepper
- Tony’s
- Garlic
- Sausage
- Rice
- 2 cans of Blue Runner Red Beans
- 4 oz water
directions

Cut up celery, onion, bell pepper, and garlic.

Start with celery, add bell pepper, add onion.

Sauté above until soft. (about 3-4 minutes).

Add garlic right before beans.

Add beans from can.

Bring to soft boil and reduce to simmer.

Broil sausage in oven.

Drain off grease.

Add sausage.

Simmer while cooking rice.

Do not over heat as beans will scorch and burn on bottom.
