Chicken Tetrazzini
ingredients
- 1 box of cooked spaghetti
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 2 stalks of celery, diced
- 2 medium sized onions, diced
- 2 cups of diced chicken
- 1 can of Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can of milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese
directions
Heat oven to 350°. Cook spaghetti to instructions on box, drain and set aside. Melt butter and sauté celery and onions until tender. Mix together chicken, Cream of Mushroom soup, 1 can of milk, and salt and pepper. Combine spaghetti, vegetable mixture, and soup mixture in a casserole dish. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
